The cabin was a nice weekend getaway. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff checked on us via text to make sure we didn’t need anything (much appreciated). We would definitely book again, but for a change we would try another location (farther from home). This location was nice and convenient to South Haven (a favorite location of ours).

Room was good. Pool was broken and did not know until after check in.

The hotel itself seemed clean enough, but keep in mind it is both pet and budget friendly. The breakfast food was great and staff were very friendly! The beds were really uncomfortable though, so between that, and being woken up repeatedly until about 1am from other guests yelling/laughing/and slamming doors in the hallway, it was not even close to a restful night. My daughter wanted to use the pool, so we took her down, and staff let a group of young girls in right before us that did not have a room card key, and really should have been supervised by an adult, because after 10 min of listening to them scream at the top of their lungs, we had to leave.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast was great.

Overall building seems tired. Lots of worn carpet, marks on hall walls, elevator graffiti, and a broken door at the main entrance. Room was just ok, again worn and lots of room for improvement. Staff was kind.
